How I approached the challenge
I focused on reducing friction by cutting unnecessary steps and designing fast, confident flows. But before jumping into design, I needed to understand what was actually frustrating users. So I ran quick, focused user research to uncover their biggest pain points

I conducted user research through surveys and quick interviews with 10 potential users, including busy professionals and freelancers
